★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese e insofferente, forniscono informazioni significativamente errate circa la tempistica degli ordini e non aiutano il cliente a risolvere problemi che si sono verificati con il punto vendita in questione, preferiscono scaricare le colpe su Unieuro (come se loro non ne facessero parte) e chiudere il telefono in faccia al cliente. In particolare mi riferisco a una signora che dopo soltanto due chiamate in due giorni ha iniziato a mostrare segni di grave insofferenza e scortesia; per quanto mi riguarda andrebbe licenziata in tronco.
 Rude and impatient staff, provide significantly erroneous information about the timing of orders and do not help the customer solve problems that have occurred with the store in question, prefer to download the blame on Unieuro (as if they were not part of it) and close the phone in front of the customer. In particular, I am referring to a lady who after only two calls in two days began to show signs of serious intolerance and rudeness; as far as I'm concerned, you should be fired.
