- sbagliano la spedizione con il quantitativo di materiale spedito (può capitare);
- dopo 3 solleciti ti rispondono "dicendo di averti risposto" cosa NON VERA, e che emetteranno il rimborso degli articoli mancanti;
- emettono il rimborso parziale delle parti mancanti ma se devo effettuare nuovamente l'ordine ti addebitano le spese di trasporto una seconda volta che corrispondono al prezzo di un singolo articolo;
LA RITENGO UNA POLITICA SCORRETTA.
Consiglio maggiore onestà, ammettendo l'errore vi rende un'azienda molto più seria.
2 stelle solo per la puntualità della consegna.
Incorrect AMAZON online sales assistance
- the shipment is wrong with the quantity of material shipped (it can happen);
- after 3 reminders they reply "saying they have answered" which is NOT TRUE, and that they will issue a refund for the missing items;
- they issue a partial refund of the missing parts but if I have to place the order again they charge you the transport costs a second time that correspond to the price of a single item;
I CONSIDER IT A WRONG POLICY.
I recommend more honesty, admitting the mistake makes you a much more serious company.
2 stars only for the punctuality of the delivery.

Ho comprato diversi interruttori automatici magnetotermici da 10 A 220V della BTICINO serie living classic nuovi introvabili e a un costo molto contenuto. La spedizione avviene mediante corriere BRT in una comoda busta antiurto e a sua volta inserita nella busta del corriere. Comunicazione semplice e eccellente.
Per conclude consiglio a chiunque necessita di materiale elettrico non recente di acquistare presso di loro.
