Unfortunately, the evaluation is not sufficient because orders are a bit grumpy .. especially 1. they should improve the selection of staff .. not all but 2/3 in particular.

Purtroppo la persona che mi ha risposto, quasi seccata, mi dice di pazientare e che mi avrebbero chiamato. Trascorsa quasi un’altra settimana ho richiamato. A Questa seconda chiamata ha risposto Sara D’Amico, una gentilissima commessa, altamente professionale, che si è subito prodigata a richiedere il mio ordine presso un altra filiale, ebbene mezz’ora dopo mi ha richiamato invitandomi a passare nel pomeriggio che me li avrebbe messi da parte! Che dire? Fossero tutte così, è quello che ho pensato! Grazie Sara. Pessima esperienza. Non c'e'da stupirsi se poi la gente va su Amazon e i negozi chiudono. It was really difficult to get assistance for the appliance battery for which I had the receipt and the warranty abstention made by them. Bad experience. No wonder people go to Amazon and the shops close.
