Il negozio è perfetto perchè unisce i prezzi di una grande insegna con la gestione del piccolo punto vendita attento e disponibile verso il cliente. Credo che dovrebbero esserci più negozi strutturati in questa maniera, forse un buon modo per "resistere" ai grandi centri commerciali. The availability and knowledge of the products are their strong point. The shop is perfect because it combines the prices of a large brand with the management of the small and attentive sales point available to the customer. I believe there should be more shops structured in this way, perhaps a good way to "resist" large shopping centers.

Gli ho portato dopo nemmeno una settimana (fine giugno) un oggetto che io ho prenotato tramite internet ma che ho pagato a loro con emissione di uno loro scontrino...(era fine luglio e la signora non trovava nemmeno la mia pratica?) comunque morale della favola i signori proprietari insistevano che dovevo vedermela io con Unieuro perché l'oggetto in questione l'ho comprato online! L'oggetto in questione è arrivato dopo ferragosto con calma....per quanto mi riguarda da me nemmeno più un euro vedranno....aggiungo che quando uno compra e loro incassano va tutto bene nel momento in cui c'è qualche problemino ecco i risultati Someone praises them and I can't understand what ... to say the least, they are really not very competent! (it was late July and the lady didn't even find my practice mia) anyway moral of the story the owners insisted that I had to see myself with Unieuro because the object in question I bought it online! The object in question arrived after mid-August calmly .... as far as I am concerned, not even a euro will see .... I add that when one buys and they cash in, everything is fine when there is some problem here are the results

Mi hanno consigliato applicazione (a pagamento) di una pellicola innovativa in silicone fatta su misura che trovo molto efficace e meno spessa/invasiva del vetro. Consiglio negozio e pellicola. Grazie! A small shop (Unieuro City) but with great availability and competence of the staff. Purchased a mobile phone on the online store and collected / paid for in the store. They advised me to apply (for a fee) an innovative custom made silicone film that I find very effective and less thick / invasive than glass. I recommend shop and film. Thanks!

La proprietaria è stata sgargata e poco incline a "venirci incontro": abbiamo ordinato on line una nuova TV e visto che abbiamo diritto sia al Bonus TV, sia all'ulteriore sconto con l'ISEE, abbiamo presentato tutti i documenti che servono per espletare le pratiche... La signora non ha voluto proseguire perché lei o ci scontava un bonus o l'altro...che per Legge sono cumulabili, come comunicatomi anche dal servizio clienti Unieuro e come già sapevo... Ci ha detto che ci avrebbe contattato dopo aver parlato con il suo commercialista...ma non abbiamo sentito più nessuno! Alla fine abbiamo dovuto ordinare un altro TV in un altro negozio ad un prezzo più alto logicamente.... I relied on this shop close to home but affiliated with a big brand, I wanted to facilitate a "small town" shop, NEVER AGAIN !!!! The owner was flamboyant and unwilling to "meet us": we ordered a new TV online and since we are entitled to both the Bonus TV and the additional discount with the ISEE, we have presented all the documents needed to complete the procedures ... The lady did not want to continue because she either discounted us a bonus or the other ... which by law are cumulative, as communicated to me also by the Unieuro customer service and as I already knew ... He told us he would contact us after talking to his accountant ... but we didn't hear from anyone again! Eventually we had to order another TV in another shop at a logically higher price ....
