È decisamente un punto di riferimento forte come elettronica a mazara.
Il personale dopo un esordio vivace e pieno di entusiasmo con il tempo è risultato poco motivato .
Tantissime proposte e molte soluzioni .. consiglio vivamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi prezzi su molti prodotti , purtroppo quasi tutto il personale dovrebbe fare un corso su come vendere e trattare le persone o i clienti per non parlare dell'eventuale assistenza..quando loro sbagliano qualcosa ( è sbagliano) è glielo fai notare anziché rimediare si incazzano pure...e la volta successiva ti trattano con i piedi. Un attività deve avere persone propense ai rapporti con la clientela.
Excellent prices on many products, unfortunately almost all the staff should take a course on how to sell and treat people or customers not to mention any assistance ... when they do something wrong (it's wrong) and you point it out instead of remedying they get angry as well ... and next time they treat you with their feet. A business must have people who are inclined to customer relations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un prodotto ordinato sul web ci mette più di 10 giorni ad arrivare al punto vendita. Quando sarebbe dovuto arrivare, mi è stato detto che di due ordini effettuati da due clienti diversi ne era arrivato solo 1 ed era stato destinato all'altro cliente. Il tutto senza chiedermi nome e cognome. In ogni caso non è la prima volta che devo rinunciare a un ordine fatto su web perché non arriva nei tempi previsti ai punti vendita designati. Mai più ordini on line su Unieuro.
Quando ordini un prodotto che devi regalare, diventa un disagio non riceverlo in tempi utili.
A product ordered on the web takes more than 10 days to arrive at the point of sale. When it was due to arrive, I was told that of two orders placed by two different customers, only 1 had arrived and was destined for the other customer. All without asking my name and surname. In any case, it is not the first time that I have to give up an order placed on the web because it does not arrive on time at the designated points of sale. No more online orders on Unieuro.
When you order a product that you have to give as a gift, it becomes inconvenient not to receive it in good time.
