Tramite il sito online ordino con ritiro in negozio un pc che poi avrei pagato tramite buono docenti visto che il sito di unieuro dice che accetta il buono docenti. Allora effettuo l'ordine e come unieuro più vicino dove è possibile andare a ritirare il prodotto mi da questo 'localuccio'. Allora aspetto una settimana, ed oggi mi presento lì. Già da subito si nota la poca serietà per quanto riguarda le norme del covid19 ( dispenser per igienizzante non funzionante e nessun rispetto delle distanze di sicurezza da parte dei dipendenti ), ma anche dello stesso personale privo di uniformi lavorative. Comunque dico che devo ritirare il prodotto ma subito mi ferma dicendomi che essendo franchaising non accetta il buono docenti DAI PRODOTTI ONLINE e quindi scontati, ma lo accetta soltanto per i prodotti che si acquistano in negozio a prezzo pieno. Alchè ho domandato se allora poteva farmi lo stesso prezzo che trovavo online per il prodotto diciamo così che aveva già, pagando però col bonus docenti, ma ovviamente, ha rifiutato. Comunque l'esperienza negativa l'ho avuta con unieuro in se' principalmente che non è stato per niente chiaro riguardo a come spendere il bonus docenti, ma ciò che mi ha fatto mettere una stella a questo negozio è il fatto che il caro signor Antonio, mi ha dato dell'ignorante negligente. Se prima ero io nel torto che non sono andato a leggermi la più piccola postilla del bonus docenti di unieuro, dalla parte del torto ci è passato lui insultandomi. However, the negative experience I had with myself is mainly that it was not clear at all about how to spend the teachers bonus, but what made me put a star in this shop is the fact that dear Mr. Antonio , gave me some ignorant neglect. If before I was in the wrong that I did not go to read the smallest note of the bonus for teachers of the university, on the wrong side he passed us insulting me. Ovviamente già ho fatto in passato acquisti con questa modalità presso altri punti Unieuro. A parte l'assoluta e totale assenza di interesse da parte del personale presente, mi dicono che i buoni possono essere utilizzati solo per acquisti fatti presso il loro negozio e non on-line. Dichiarata la mia impossibilità a pagare in altro modo, nessun accenno per cercare di non perdere il cliente lasciandomi abbandonato a me stesso e continuando ad ignorarmi. Assolutamente una politica disastrosa se ogni filiale può fare quello che gli pare, oltre all'assoluta mancanza di professionalità come venditori.
