Ho trovato una persone anziana che al momento del mio arrivo mi ha detto che dovevo attendere l'arrivo della persona competente.
LUI NON ERA CAPACE.
Dovevo praticamente ritornare dopo le 10:00.
Poi al suo dire,mi ha consigliato di chiamare prima sky per restituire il dispositivo,e compilare prima il modulo.
Cosa non vera,poiché basta recarsi in un punto sky service,e si consegnano i dispositivi.
Ed in pochi clik ti rilasciano anche di una ricevuta.
PER QUESTO NON MI E PIACIUTO.
E NON CONSIGLIO.

I found an elderly person who told me upon my arrival that I had to wait for the competent person to arrive.
HE WAS NOT CAPABLE.
I was basically supposed to be back after 10:00.
Then when he said, he advised me to call sky first to return the device, and fill out the form first.
Which is not true, since just go to a sky service point, and the devices are delivered.
And in a few clicks they also issue you a receipt.
FOR THIS I DID NOT LIKE IT.
AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
