β β β β β Negozio non fornitissimo, specie dal punto di vista dei grandi elettrodomestici. Personale competente, ma si vede e si percepisce molta tensione, ed ho assistito personalmente ad una scena di rimprovero di un dipendente (credo sia il capo negozio) ad un altro ragazzo..si vede un po'di titubanza e timore nel personale, ed Γ¨ veramente una cosa brutta da vedere. Non penso che ci tornerΓ² piΓΉ.
Shop not well stocked, especially from the point of view of large appliances. Competent staff, but you can see and feel a lot of tension, and I personally witnessed a scene of reproaching an employee (I think he is the store manager) to another guy ... you can see a bit of hesitation and fear in the staff, and it's really a bad thing to see. I don't think I'll be back.

Antonio il ragazzo che lavora li mi ha seguito passo passo con infinita pazienza, problema risolto! Il prossimo elettrodomestico lo comprerΓ² certamente da loro. Γ il personale ed il servizio che fanno la differenza. Bravi!
I was in this shop a few days ago, I had a problem with tv settings that I couldn't fix. Antonio the guy who works there followed me step by step with infinite patience, problem solved! I will certainly buy the next appliance from them. It is the staff and the service that make the difference. Well done!

5 stelle per il personale, davvero disponibile
The store is not as large and assorted as those in larger cities but it is still a point of reference for the city of Urbino as regards the world of electronics.
