d	diego toccacieli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto il telefono per la sostituzione del display (quasi 300 euro) dopo averlo ripreso circa una settimana e mezzo dopo lo trovo con il vetro posteriore rotto (rottura dovuta alla sostituzione) alla mia contestazione il commesso risponde che è normale e può succedere e che solitamente lo rende noto al cliente prima di effettuare la sostituzione cosa che nel mio caso non è successa, N.B quando ho ritirato il telefono nessuno mi ha avvisato del danno sul dispositivo ed ho quindi pagato a prezzo pieno, dopo essermene reso conto torno in negozio e lo faccio notare ma ormai non c'è più nulla da fare anzi il commesso tira fuori la storia dello sconto che mi aveva fatto prima di effettuare il lavoro come una scusante e, nel caso avessi voluto sostituire il vetro posteriore non mi avrebbe fatto pagare la manodopera ma soltanto il ricambio ( circa 50 euro) il che mi sa tanto di presa in giro visto che non era rotto quando l'ho portato, ho ripreso il telefono senza fare tante storie soltanto perché mi è assolutamente necessario averlo, in caso contrario l'avrei lasciato lì fino ad una completa riparazione a spese del negozio. Non mi sento assolutamente di dire di aver ricevuto un buon servizio.
