Ho avuto la sensazione di essere di troppo in negozio. Mi dispiace per coloro che comunque fanno il loro dovere. If you go to buy a PS5, as long as the clerks come to assist you, 6 comes out. P	Pina Sparascio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha comprato una lavatrice Samsung con estensione di garanzia (non scaduta) e nel momento che ho avuto bisogno la signora che si occupa di aiutare i clienti per i guasti non mi ha saputo spiegare la procedura per avere un tecnico a casa ,mi ha dato solo un numero verde e devo dire che gli operatori sono stati molto piú gentili ma non mi hanno risolto il problema .Ho pagato l'estensione della garanzia ad UNIEURO ma non garantisce nulla.Che siano piú chiari quando acquistiamo e estendiamo di 100 € la garanzia .Almeno che diano un numero telefonico di un assistente SAMSUNG ,perche' in situazioni del genere non so a chi rivolgermi. He bought a Samsung washing machine with extended warranty (not expired) and when I needed the lady who takes care of helping customers for breakdowns she could not explain the procedure to have a technician at home, she just gave me a toll-free number and I must say that the operators were much kinder but they did not solve the problem. I paid the warranty extension to UNIEURO but it does not guarantee anything. That they are clearer when we buy and extend the guarantee by € 100. At least they give a phone number of a SAMSUNG assistant, because in such situations I don't know who to turn to.

Provando a lasciarli a casa, forse capirebbero le difficoltà che ci sono nei paesi e magari poi a lavoro verranno con un pizzico di serenità in più... 1 star exclusively for cashiers, always stressed and NEVER 1 time with a smile on their face. Trying to leave them at home, perhaps they would understand the difficulties that exist in the countries and maybe then they will come to work with a little more serenity ...

I needed the brand new phone and consultant didn't offered more expensive model but adviced exactly what I wanted. Yes, I had to wait before he came to his deck. Yes, I had to wait while he finish with provide customer. But overall presence time was 15 minutes between I stepped onto the shop and paid for the brand new phone.
