★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benché il punto vendita semideserto...ed io palesemente guardassi in giro x un aiuto...nessuna assistenza! Per cui.. anche se interessata a comprare ..sono andata via senza nulla.
 Although the semi-deserted store ... and I obviously looked around for help ... no assistance! So .. even if interested in buying .. I left with nothing.

Not being knowledgeable on the subject, the very kind Mr. Giulio, friendly, patient and prepared, dedicated a lot of time to us, answered all our questions in detail and accompanied us to the most suitable purchase for our needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale indisposto e mal organizzato, un unico ragazzo al reparto telefonia alle prese con un cellulare problematico, (io con il numero per il turno 45 minuti di attesa e poi uscito senza acquistar nulla) gli altri operatori imboscati dietro i monitor delle postazioni,e sebbene abbia chiesto gentilmente se c'era qualcuno disponibile
mi viene detto che devo attendere , spero che chi vi assume e vi paga ne tenga conto.
Staff indisposed and badly organized, a single guy in the telephone department struggling with a problematic cell phone, (me with the number for the 45-minute shift and then left without buying anything) the other operators ambushed behind the monitors of the stations, and although politely asked if anyone was available
I am told that I have to wait, I hope that whoever hires you and pays you will take this into account.

Mi ha anche mostrato le varie possibilità di sconto che era in corso in questi giorni e alla fine ho comprato anche una TV. Personale veramente professionale e simpatica. Grazie!!!
I went to buy a PC for my daughter, Miss Brenda served me and with kindness and availability gave me all the information about the product. He also showed me the various discount possibilities that was going on these days and in the end I bought a TV as well. Really professional and nice staff. Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale in cassa poco professionali, da sostituire immediatamente, non verrò mai più nel vostro negozio. Do una stella perché zero non si può. È una vergogna. Sostituite quelle cassiere per cortesia altrimenti perderete altri clienti. Dovevo acquistare altra merce ma non lo farò certamente da loro.
Unprofessional cashier staff, to be replaced immediately, I will never come to your shop again. I give a star because zero is not possible. It's a shame. Replace those cashiers please otherwise you will lose other customers. I had to buy more merchandise but I certainly won't do it from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un telefono e subito chiesto di applicare il vetrino di protezione..mi è stato risposto che loro non lo fanno,mettono invece una pellicola in silicone (che a detta della commessa è meglio del vetrino) costo 25euro. ..un po' titubante ma vedendo la commessa convinta di quel che diceva ho accettato questa pellicola... ..risultato..alla prima caduta rotto il vetro del telefono (vedi foto) .
Torno in negozio e dopo aver esposto i fatti la commessa al box mi dice che l' unica cosa che possono fare è un preventivo dall' assistenza (costo 10 euro a mio carico) per un eventuale sostituzione 100% a mie spese. Mi sono sentito preso in giro,ho ringraziato e me ne sono andato.
Valutazione finale: sconsiglio negozio al 100%
Purchased a phone and immediately asked to apply the protective glass .. I was told that they do not, instead they put a silicone film (which according to the order is better than the glass) cost 25 euros. .. a bit hesitant but seeing the saleswoman convinced of what she was saying, I accepted this film ... ..result .. at the first fall the glass of the phone was broken (see photo).
I go back to the shop and after having exposed the facts the clerk at the box tells me that the only thing they can do is a quote from the assistance (cost 10 euros at my expense) for a possible replacement 100% at my expense. I felt teased, thanked and left.
Final evaluation: I do not recommend 100% shop
