La scorsa settimana li ho portati in assistenza presso il centro samsung di salerno e, l'orologio da 40mm è stato ritirato in garanzia, il 46mm com stupore della commessa risultava con garanzia scaduta controllato l'imai non risultava uguale alla confezione gelosamente da me conservata e,risulta il primo avvio al 18-10-2018 praticamente un anno prima e, mi ha fatto notare il numero abraso sulla cassa dell'orologio. Mi sono recato in negozio per avere spiegazioni e,mi è stato riferito che non era possibile risalire alla loro fattura di acquisto dato il tempo trascorso, bha, ed inoltre dicono che lo scontrino no è sicuro che sia per l'acquisto dell'orologio e, può anche essere che il numero abraso lo abbia potuto fare io. Dandomi molto gentilmente del truffatore. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di non acquistare articoli presdo questo negozio. Not very professional but above all not sure about the products. Purchased 2 Samsung galaxy Watch watches, one 46mm and the other 40mm, on 03-10-2019. Last week I took them for assistance at the samsung center in salerno and, the 40mm watch was withdrawn under warranty, the 46mm with amazement of the order was with expired warranty checked the imai was not the same as the package jealously kept by me and, it is the first start on 18-10-2018 practically a year earlier and, he pointed out to me the abraded number on the watch case. I went to the shop for explanations and, I was told that it was not possible to trace their purchase invoice given the time elapsed, bha, and they also say that the receipt is not sure that it is for the purchase of the watch and , it may also be that the abraded number was able to do it myself. Very kindly calling me a scammer. I strongly advise you not to purchase items from this shop.
