Quando sono andata a cambiarlo mi hanno anche detto che dovevo essere io a chiedere se si poteva impostare la lingua italiana. Nulla da ridire su chi si trova alla cassa, molto gentili e disponibili, ma per alcuni commessi dico solo zero professionalità e cortesia. They sold me a smartwatch, they didn't know how to explain the various functions and when I got home I discovered that the Italian language could not be set (which is absurd since we are in Italy). When I went to change it, they also told me that I had to be the one to ask if the Italian language could be set. Nothing to complain about who is at the checkout, very kind and helpful, but for some clerks I just say zero professionalism and courtesy.

Cortesia, gentilezza e un minimo di consulenza, quando richiesta, é il minimo che ci si aspetti da un bravo venditore e qui non risultano pervenute!!! The shop is well stocked and the prices are normal, at the checkout a very courteous employee balances the total indifference of the salesman in the telephone department who, with his T-shirt Tim seems somewhat annoyed so that it is discouraging for any purchase intention.
