Venditore (Sergio GUIDA) molto competente e soprattutto cordiale e disponibile che ci ha saputo consigliare nelle giuste scelte senza mai voler "forzare" la chiusura del contratto. Tempi di consegna rispettati a pieno. Durante il montaggio è stato riscontrato un lieve difetto ad un ripiano della scrivania, prontamente segnalato dai montatori. L'indomani siamo stati ricontattati con solerzia dal punto vendita per concordare l'invio del pezzo "danneggiato" ed accertare eventuali altri problematiche. Che dire...GRAZIE!!!! Personale di alta professionalità, gentile e pronto a mettere in pratica le proprie richieste, dalla proggettazione al montaggio oltre all'asistenza post-vendita/montaggio. Consiglio 100%. Non c'è slogan più appropriato: "ragazzi felici, genitori di piu". We relied on them for the baby's room and we couldn't help but rely again for the second time for the sissy. Soprattutto molto precisi, in quanto rispettano le tempistiche di consegna. Da poco abbiamo acquistato anche la seconda cameretta sempre da loro, e l'esperienza è stata di nuovo positiva. La consegna è stata puntualissima, il montaggio perfetto ed un piccolo problema con un pezzo (che si era danneggiato, purtroppo, durante il trasporto) è stato risolto in pochissimo tempo. Il consulente che ha seguito l’acquisto della nostra cameretta Sig Sergio Guida, è stato tanto garbato e disponibile nell’aiutarci a trovare la composizione migliore per i nostri spazi e nella scelta dei colori da abbinare.
