★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si meriterebbero 0. Provo a chiamare da 10 minuti per chiedere un informazione riguardo una promozione, dato che non vivo vicinissimo al negozio. Si sente chiamaramente che mettono giù il telefono. Follia! Maleducazione e mancanza di assistenza al cliente, che già in passato avevo avuto modo di sperimentare. Mi chiedo se ci sia qualche responsabile che conosce la condotta poco professionale dei suoi dipendenti o se non venga proprio da questi.
 They deserve 0. I've been trying to call for 10 minutes to ask for information about a promotion, since I don't live very close to the store. One hears a call being put down the phone. Folly! Rudeness and lack of customer care, which I had already experienced in the past. I wonder if there are any managers who know the unprofessional conduct of their employees or if it is not from them.

Hello, yesterday I bought an i phone 13 mini, and I found professionalism and super kindness (despite the store was full of people), from the girl in charge of the telephone, named SARA, black hair and always smiling. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcuni addetti alla vendita sono decisamente maleducati e poco disponibili nei confronti del cliente (come anche all’Unieuro di Castelletto Ticino). Ero interessato all’acquisto di un TV: visto l’atteggiamento “scazzato” e poco cordiale del commesso, che pareva infastidito dalle mie domande sul prodotto oltre che poco preparato in materia, nei giorni successivi mi sono rivolto altrove.
Some sales staff are downright rude and not very helpful towards the customer (as well as at Unieuro di Castelletto Ticino). I was interested in buying a TV: given the "pissed off" and unfriendly attitude of the salesman, who seemed bothered by my questions about the product as well as being poorly prepared on the subject, I turned elsewhere in the following days.
