Stessa cosa internamente alla cassa veloce : una fila interminabile di utenti e NESSUNO degli impiegati forniva in anticipo informazioni per evitare la lunga quanto inutile attesa Alle lamentele rispondevano con “ e cosa ci possiamo fare?” Incommentabili!!. All the Unicredit branches of VIA MARCHE did not allow withdrawal and there was no indication until after the ATM was introduced. Same thing inside the fast cash desk: an endless line of users and NONE of the employees provided information in advance to avoid the long and unnecessary waiting. The complaints were answered with "and what can we do?"

Ci sono sempre dei problemi e non è possibile farlo. Personale incompetente. Questo è il limite di unicredit. Agency to say the least unwatchable. M	Mirella magenga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai vista tanta maleducazione e mancanza di sensibilità nei confronti di una persona disabile in carrozzina che si sente apostrofare:” Lei non è disabile ma invalida!!” Impiegati e la stessa direttrice che fanno aspettare solo perché si parla al telefono… non hanno neanche sentito la necessità di scusarsi pur avendo segnalato l’accaduto alla sede centrale dell’Unicredit. Complimenti a tutti. Never seen such rudeness and lack of sensitivity towards a disabled person in a wheelchair who hears himself being addressed: "You are not disabled but invalid !!" Employees and the director herself who keep people waiting just because they are talking on the phone ... they didn't even feel the need to apologize even though they reported the incident to Unicredit headquarters. Congratulations to all.
