Ho preso appuntamento, liberandomi da impegni lavorativi per oggi 14.12.2021 , mi ha accolto un dipendente dicendo che in realtà il collega che se ne occupa non c'era e mi ha quindi invitato all uscita.
Complimenti a UNICREDIT per la pessima scelta del personale.

I made an appointment, freeing myself from work commitments for today 14.12.2021, an employee welcomed me saying that in reality the colleague who takes care of it was not there and therefore invited me to go out.
