Ho avuto bisogno in due occasioni e in entrambe le volte ho avuto rapida assistenza con risoluzione del problema. I have a corporate account at this branch. I needed on two occasions and both times I had quick assistance with resolving the problem.

F	Fabio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dai cassieri, passando ad altri ruoli, fino ad arrivare al direttore il cliente si interfaccia con personale svogliato e per nulla interessato a gestire semplici problematiche presenti in un'agenzia. Empatia nulla. Totale menefreghismo e distaccamento. Sembrano tutti dei burocrati. Probabilmente se mettessero un po' di passione in quello che fanno molti dei problemi verrebbero risolti con molta semplicità. Peccato. Unicredit è pure una grande banca e la struttura risiede in un paese importante. Mi sarei aspettato molta, molta più professionalità. Il loro unico obiettivo sembra sia quello di arrivare a fine giornata faticando il meno possibile e scaricare le responsabilità e i compiti ad altri. From the cashiers, passing to other roles, up to the manager, the customer interfaces with lazy staff who are not interested in managing simple problems in an agency. Nothing empathy. Total indifference and detachment. They all look like bureaucrats. Probably if they put some passion into what many problems do they would be solved very easily. Sin. Unicredit is also a large bank and the structure resides in an important country. I would have expected much, much more professionalism. Their only goal seems to be to get to the end of the day struggling as little as possible and downloading the responsibilities and tasks to others.

Sono andata in banca per avere informazioni (dopo essere stata invitata telefonicamente a recarmi lì di persona) e l'impiegata non voleva ricevermi perchè non avevo appuntamento (peccato che al telefono non si fossero degnati di dirmelo!). Sono tornata dopo un'ora e l'impiegata mi ha ricevuto, ma mi ha consegnato un modulo da compilare in autonomia su cui vanno inserite alcune informazioni riguardanti la banca di cui io non sono in possesso...Quando il cliente deve andarsene o spostare rapporti su un'altra banca, mettere il bastone tra le ruote è la prassi... Servizio clienti inesistente. Una volta aperto il conto con promesse allettanti iniziano i problemi, se provi a chiuderlo trovano ogni modo per spillarti ancora soldi e per tirarla alle lunghe. STATE ALLA LARGA. PESSIMA experience. Costs unjustified, incompetent staff (from the manager to the clerk) whose sole purpose is to take you for a ride. Non-existent customer service. Once the account is opened with attractive promises, the problems begin, if you try to close it, they find every way to get more money and to take it longer. YOU ARE LARGE.

Risposte inaccettabili, attenzione verso il cliente nulla ed incompetenza sono le QUALITA' MIGLIORI di questi signori. In un posto di lavoro privato sarebbero disoccupati dopo un giorno pity that zero stars cannot be assigned because this branch would not even deserve zero. Unacceptable responses, no attention to the customer and incompetence are the BEST QUALITIES of these gentlemen. In a private job they would be unemployed after one day

Ho dovuto Cambiare filiale, ma vedo che il trattamento a dir poco lacunoso è un problema del colosso. Accomunerei i dipendenti UniCredit a quelli di un call center, con rispetto per questi ultimi, sempre pronti a venderti qualsiasi cosa che alla lunga è tutt’altro che vantaggioso. Rimpiango la filiale di Mappano. Creepy experience. Zero assistance, zero services and no help. I had to change branch, but I see that the treatment is, to say the least, a problem of the colossus. I would combine UniCredit employees with those of a call center, with respect for the latter, always ready to sell you anything that is anything but profitable in the long run. I regret the Mappano branch.
