★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulla visita niente da dire, il ragazzo che ci ha fatto vedere la casa era competente e in gamba. La trasparenza in trattativa invece lascia a desiderare.
Questo è il classico esempio di agenzia che nasconde i dettagli fino a che questi non vengono richiesti con insistenza, le tipiche magagne che non vorreste mai scoprire nel momento in cui vengono tirate in ballo cifre.
Da tenere in conto che durante la trattativa ci è stato detto che avrebbero bloccato le altre visite, promessa non rispettata. Le commissioni sono risultate esorbitanti rispetto a una qualunque altra agenzia dello stesso tipo. Da evitare.
Nothing to say about the visit, the guy who showed us the house was competent and smart. Transparency in negotiations, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired.
This is the classic example of an agency that hides details until they are requested with insistence, the typical flaws that you would never want to discover when figures are brought up.
Keep in mind that during the negotiation we were told that they would block other visits, a promise not respected. The commissions were exorbitant compared to any other agency of the same type. To be avoided.
