F	Fabio Squaiella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per vedere un appartamento in affitto, appuntamento alle ore 18:00, Ore 18:01 mi chiama l'agente immobiliare dicendomi " si sbrighi " con fare veramente sgarbato, comunque arrivo a destinazione ore 18:03 quindi un ritardo irrisorio. E già si capiva l'assenza totale di professionalità. Appuntamento svolto di martedì, comunico il mio interesse alla locazione dell'immobile visitato e attendo una risposta, aspetto 6 giorni, chiamo l'agente immobiliare che mi dice di non aver neanche parlato con il proprietario di casa, ma mi comunica che non si può procedere con l'affitto della casa facendomi attendere 6 giorni per una risposta che probabilmente poteva già darmi il giorno dell'appuntamento stesso. Dov'è la professionalità??? In risposta al commento: La recensione negativa non è dovuta al fatto di non aver ricevuto l'immobile in locazione, ci mancherebbe, la recensione negativa è dovuta al fatto che in sei giorni non è riuscito a darmi una risposta che probabilmente poteva già darmi il giorno stesso, dato che mi ha comunicato lei stesso di non aver parlato al proprietario dell'immobile. I call to see an apartment for rent, appointment at 18:00, 18:01 the real estate agent calls me saying "hurry up" with a really rude way, however I arrive at my destination at 18:03 so a negligible delay. And you could already understand the total absence of professionalism. Appointment held on Tuesday, I communicate my interest in the location of the property visited and I await an answer, I wait 6 days, I call the real estate agent who tells me that he has not even spoken to the owner of the house, but he tells me that it is not possible proceed with the rental of the house making me wait 6 days for an answer that he could probably already give me on the day of the appointment itself. Where is the professionalism ??? In response to the comment: The negative review is not due to not having received the rental property, God forbid, the negative review is due to the fact that in six days he was unable to give me an answer that he probably could already give me the same day, as he told me himself that he had not spoken to the owner of the property.
