★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima in questa banca con personale assurdo e direttrice che mi sa tanto di principessa sul pisello. Fai file di un'ora e basta che quello dietro la cassa conosce qualcuno in sala d'attesa e tra una cosa e l'altra fa passare i conoscenti avanti. Hanno messo una signora dietro la cassa numero 2 che secondo me manco il suo cellulare sa usare. Da quando non c'è più il Signor Alfonso é diventata una banca pessima.
Bad experience in this bank with absurd staff and manager who knows a lot about princess on the pea. You queue for an hour and just that the one behind the counter knows someone in the waiting room and between one thing and another makes the acquaintances pass forward. They put a lady behind the cash desk number 2 which, in my opinion, misses her cell phone. Since Mr. Alfonso's gone, it has become a bad bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto, non avrei dato neanche una stella. Un'esperienza davvero pessima. Almeno la mia. Non mi ricordavo fosse così. Ho avuto a che fare con un personale che si nasconde dietro delle regole rigidissime, che non tengono per nulla presente le necessità dell'utenza. Chi ha il posto fisso, forse, può permettersi questo ed altro. Mai più!
If I could, I wouldn't have given even a star. A really bad experience. At least mine. I didn't remember it was like that. I have had to deal with a staff who hides behind very rigid rules, which do not take into account the needs of users at all. Those who have a permanent job, perhaps, can afford this and more. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quello che mi riguarda l'agenzia è stata puntuale nel ricevimento su appuntamento e rapida ed efficiente nello sbrigare le pratiche che avevo richiesto. Nulla da eccepire su cortesia e professionalità.
As far as I'm concerned, the agency was punctual in receiving by appointment and quick and efficient in handling the paperwork I had requested. Nothing to complain about courtesy and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza del tutto negativa personale scarso.. direttrice su un piedistallo. ..nn all altezza del suo compito...dopo mezzo ora di attesa....nn ha risolto il problema . Ancora attesa xessere ricevuti da un altro impiegata che era la sola x quel lavoro.. e che intanto perdeva tempo in chiacchiere e risatine....infine un impiegata dispiaciuta della nostra lunga attesa chi ha chiamato....ma la cosiddetta direttrice con la puzza sotto il naso... è intervenuta perché dovevamo prendere appuntamento o attendere l altra sola impiegata ...facendoci alzare e attendere al che me ne sono andata...ma il conto lo aprirò in altra banca meritevoli....e poi lo stato aiuta le banche..vergogna...nn consiglierò certo più questa specie di bancarella
Experience all bad .. poor staff director on a pedestal. ..nn at the height of his task ... after a half hour of waiting .... nn solved the problem. Still waiting xessere received from another employee who was the only x that job .. and that while waste time in idle chatter and giggles .... finally a used sorry our long wait caller .... but with the so-called director the snobbish ... intervened because we had to make an appointment or wait for the other one ... making us used to turn up and wait that I left ... but I'll just open the account in another bank's worthy .... and then the state helps banche..vergogna ... I nn recommend some more this kind of stall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato per l'emissione di alcuni circolari e, nonostante un po' di attesa (sono andato senza appuntamento), posso dire di aver avuto un'esperienza assolutamente positiva. Gli impiegati hanno un atteggiamento molto educato ma allo stesso tempo confidenziale, che ti mette a tuo agio; sono molto preparati e ti spiegano passo passo cosa si sta effettuando durante l'operazione.
I was there for the issue of some circulars and, despite a bit of a wait (I went without an appointment), I can say that I had an absolutely positive experience. The employees have a very polite but at the same time confidential attitude, which puts you at ease; they are very prepared and will explain step by step what is happening during the operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con la filiale di mercatello, in via Avallone Matteo, 14 Salerno è stata VERGOGNOSA!! Sono andata con mio padre, cliente della unicredit(io non lo sono per fortuna) per ritirare le credenziali per l'accesso all'app, quindi mio padre persona malata di tumore mi autorizza, mi delega, firma in loro presenza per ritirarle e loro dopo un'ora di firme non solo non mi danno le credenziali ma mi propongono l'acquisto di un prodotto per averle!! VERGOGNA
My experience with the mercatello branch, in via Avallone Matteo, 14 Salerno was ashamed !! I went with my father, a customer of unicredit (luckily I am not) to collect the credentials to access the app, so my father, a person with cancer, authorizes me, delegates me, signs in their presence to withdraw them and they after an hour of signing not only do they not give me the credentials but they offer me the purchase of a product to have them !! SHAME
