Sui costi non è stato chiaro dicendo prima una cosa e dopo 2 mesi un'altra. Non tanto abile a terminale, molto arrogante e poco cortese, non conosce la differenza tra circuito maestro e mastercard ne cos'è il codice cvv delle carte. Competenza ferma a 20 anni fa!!! Bad bank ... or at least the consultant (with the surname of a provincial capital of Campania) who opened my account !!! On the costs it was not clear saying one thing first and another 2 months later. Not so skilled at the terminal, very arrogant and not very polite, he does not know the difference between the master circuit and the mastercard nor what is the cvv code of the cards. Mando le email al mio referente... Nessuna risposta... Non è il modo migliore per trattare un cliente. Sure the name of the bank is a guarantee, but as a branch it leaves a lot to be desired. I have the account there, I try to call and never any answer ... I send emails to my contact person ... No answer ... Not the best way to deal with a customer.
