Prendere il ticket e fare la fila ormai non conta più nulla...bisogna solo essere amico del cassiere. Prendi un appuntamento telefonico con data e ora fissata riescono a farti aspettare in filiale anche un ora. Insofferenza nel gestire la clientela al limite della maleducazione. Qualsiasi informazione che richiedi è sempre un problema. RISULTATO: CONTO CHIUSO!!! Una Banca Internazionale come Unicredit non può avere una filiale così inadempiente. Certo, molto dipende da chi sta al pubblico ma, cm dice il proverbio, ricordiamoci che 'il pesce puzza sempre dalla testa'...
