★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io mi sono sempre trovata bene vi sono diversi sportelli automatici, ho pagato perfino il pf24 con la genius card dallo sportello automatico con l'aiuto di un operatore della posta, molto gentile. Sono loro cliente da anni e mi trovo sempre bene.
 I've always had a good time there are several ATMs, I even paid the pf24 with the genius card from the ATM with the help of a very nice mail operator. I have been their client for years and I always feel good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono non rispondono mai e quando per miracolo lo fanno, si limitano a tenere alzata la cornetta senza parlare (con relativi rumori di sottofondo) per poi chiudere dopo una decina di secondi !! PESSIMO SERVIZIO
They never answer the phone and when they miraculously do so, they just keep the handset up without speaking (with related background noises) and then close after about ten seconds !! BAD SERVICE

Ho aspettato che allo sportello finissero di parlare al telefono per 15 min prima di essere servita. ASSURDO. UN Nonnino lamentava lo stare più di un ora in piedi e loro rispondono "il nostro servizio è questo!" andiamo bene
