In poche parole dopo una simulazione online di surroga, mi chiamano da Milano e mi fissano un appuntamento in questa filiale, mi presento e l'impiegata che mi ha ricevuto con aria stizzita e di superiorità, mi liquida dicendo che non fanno surroghe!! Mai più BPER! Poor service and careless, superficial employees seemed to bother them! Se rispondono è peggio perche dicono "non so che dirle" anzichè rassicurare l'utente brancolano nel buio più assoluto delle loro faccende private. Lasciano spesso il bancomat fuori servizio per diverse ore quindi impossibile prelevare o versare autonomamente. Qui su Google non si legge altro che lamentele, quindi non sono l'unico. Credo sia il momento che qualcuno in alto in quest'Azienda faccia qualcosa per risolvere questo grosso disservizio al Sud visto che Bper Banca è un nome degno di essere chiamato Banca. Un servizio scadente da gestire molto ma molto meglio. They never answer the phone or email! If they answer it is worse because they say "I don't know what to tell you" instead of reassuring the user, they are groping in the absolute darkness of their private affairs. They often leave the ATM out of service for several hours so it is impossible to withdraw or deposit independently. Here on Google you can read nothing but complaints, so I'm not the only one. I think it is time for someone at the top of this company to do something to solve this big disservice to the South as Bper Banca is a name worthy of being called a Bank. Poor service to manage much, much better.
