L'operatore di sportello che si permette di trattare senza alcuna forma di rispetto i clienti, umiliandoli davanti alle altre persone, perche' in difficolta' finanziarie. Questo e' un comportamento inaccettabile e viola anche la privacy dei clienti. Spero vengano presi provvedimenti al piΓΉ' presto.
Just a word, rude! The counter operator who allows himself to treat customers without any respect, humiliating them in front of other people, because they are in financial difficulties. This is unacceptable behavior and also violates customer privacy. I hope action will be taken soon.

β β β β β Chiami e non rispondono. Vai la ti dicono che si informano e poi ti chiamano a non si fanno sentire. Veramente pessima come banca e dirigenza. Sto aspettando da un mese.
You call and they don't answer. Go there they tell you that they are informed and then they call you and they do not make themselves heard. Really bad as a bank and management. I've been waiting for a month.
