★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vatti a fidare degli impiegati allo sportello, chiedo di calcolare la percentuale di un importo per fare un bonifico e mi fa pagare l'intera somma meno quella piccola percentuale (che era quella da versare). Grazie, conti scombinati e bonifico sbagliato. Non ci vado mai piú.
Go and trust the employees at the counter, I ask them to calculate the percentage of an amount to make a transfer and they make me pay the whole amount minus that small percentage (which was the one to be paid). Thanks, accounts messed up and wrong transfer. I never go there again.

Cassa di Risparmio was a really good bank. Time to become so bad Credem that I happily closed the account. They no longer answer the phone, they make a mess, they don't know how to close a booklet. Bad service
