I have been trying to make an appointment in this branch for 2 weeks but despite having also spoken with the director, I have never been contacted to set a date.

I had the displeasure of having an appointment for the evaluation of a possible mortgage, the consultant (I hope he wasn't the manager) really rude and hasty, I asked for information about the Consap fund, he didn't even know what I was talking about, I really felt uncomfortable for lack of professionalism and preparation.

Le persone che ci lavorano anzichè farti sentire cliente ti mettono a disagio, ti fanno pesare che sei un disturbo. Sia mai che poi gli tocca di lavorare. Bad bank. Dealing with this bank is a very unpleasant experience. The people who work there instead of making you feel like a customer make you uncomfortable, they make you weigh that you are a nuisance. Both never and then have to work.

Avevo bisogno di aprire un conto aziendale e non è stato in grado di darci informazioni. Una volta aperto il conto, abbiamo avuto subito dei problemi e alla chiamata per chiedere che fossero risolti, il direttore ha avuto la prosopopea di rispondere così:"Io non ho tempo per stare dietro a voi, dovete aspettare..alla fine se all'inizio pagate di più che succede mai?". Sposterò il conto a meno di 48 ore dalla sua apertura. A DIR POCO VERGOGNOSO. A bad service to say the least. The manager is irritating, ineffective, rude and rushed. I needed to open a company account and was unable to give us information. Once the account was opened, we immediately had problems and on the call to ask for them to be solved, the manager had the prosopope to answer like this: "I don't have time to keep up with you, you have to wait .. in the end if at top pay more what ever happens? ". I will move the account less than 48 hours after it is opened. A VERY LITTLE SHAME.
G	Giacomo Neri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza in questo centro unicredit: attenzione al cliente a livelli minimi storici e fastidiosissime le impiegate che durante l'orario lavorativo ridono e scherzano apertamente dei fatti loro che poco c'entrano con il lavoro. Bad experience in this unicredit center: attention to the customer at historical minimum levels and very annoying employees who laugh and joke openly about their own affairs during working hours that have little to do with work.
