★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un impiegato che attraversa l'ufficio con la mascherina calata, un altro che - dopo aver minimizzato l'operazione per cui avevo preso appuntamento - trova difficoltà ad eseguirla al punto che per sicurezza preferisco farla con e-banking. E dire che ero andato appositamente in banca per evitare eventuali malfunzionamenti del server tali da pregiudicare l'esito dell'operazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo appuntamento per discutere un mutuo alle 8.30, siamo arrivati puntuali e salutato i dipendenti che a malapena hanno risposto al saluto e ci hanno ignorato per i successivi 15 minuti senza neanche interessarsi di chiedere se cercavamo qualcuno o avevamo bisogno di qualcosa.
La persona con cui avevamo appuntamento non ci ha neanche chiamato per sapere che fine avevamo fatto.
È stato bello far parte dell'arredamento.
A mai più rivederci.
We had an appointment to discuss a mortgage at 8.30am, we arrived on time and greeted the employees who barely responded to the greeting and ignored us for the next 15 minutes without even bothering to ask if we were looking for someone or needed anything.
The person we were meeting with didn't even call us to find out what happened to us.
It was nice to be part of the decor.
To never see us again.
