Fortunatamente, ho ricevuto assistenza telefonica da parte di un'altra consulente, ed ho ottenuto un nuovo codice. C'è un personale del tutto insufficiente per le casse e del personale negli altri settori dove non ci sono clienti! Anche se si informano i dirigenti se ne fregano altamente e non cercano di risolvere la situazione! Assurdo in una banca del genere in un posto di prestigio che si abbia un disservizio del genere! Sono stato mandato via due volte dopo aver aspettato dall’inizio del turno fino alla fine, ad un paio di numeri dal mio. Lo sportello automatico interno non mi permetteva di effettuare l’operazione perché lo scanner non riconosceva correttamente il documento. Dovrei prendere le ferie solo per poter stare dietro a questi ritmi :)))) naah Disarming slowness, shortage of staff at the counters, I leave the lack of availability of the only cashier on duty. Scontrosi , indisposti ed indisponenti, sembra quasi ci facciano una cortesia . Senz'altro non ci metterò più piede e mi spostero' presso un altra succursale. Mi spiace molto che una banca così importante abbia del personale che non merita di lavorare per un marchio così prestigioso. The attitude of the employees towards the customers should be verified. v	vincenzo NICOTRA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato correntista per 30 anni e non ho mai avuto a che fare con un'agenzia così tanto pessima, personale manco a parlarne, sembra ti facciano un favore, ma perchè nessuno controlla l'operatività di questi signori, in giro ci sono tanti ragazzini che vorrebbero lavorare !!!!!! vorrei aggiungere, se potessi dare zero stelline lo farei, il telefono in quell'agenzia è un optional...
