Servizio eccellente. Concludo dicendo di affidarvi a loro ad occhi chiusi, perché al di là della competenza, ho percepito cuore, umanità ed estrema cura nel lavoro che svolgono. Ho trovato quest'azienda su Internet, ho chiamato e spiegato il problema. Sono venuti a prendere il laptop a domicilio e dopo due settimane hanno recuperato tutti l'hard disk senza spendere cifre esorbitanti. Hanno trattenuto il mio hard disk per mesi durante i quali ho dovuto telefonare decine di volte e non mi davano mai notizie chiare. Poi mi hanno fatto un preventivo di 915 euro (in data 20/10/2015) per il recupero. Alla fine ho buttato via più di 60 euro senza che siano riusciti a recuperare niente e mi hanno tenuto fermo per mesi. Si trattava di un hard disk semplicemente caduto da un tavolo, ma non sono riusciti a recuperare nemmeno un file. Mi ero rivolto a loro perché erano presenti nella mia città e dunque speravo di accelerare così i tempi, invece ho solo buttato via dei soldi e probabilmente a questo punto l'hard disk è definitivamente manomesso. Il consiglio che do è di non rivolgersi a ditte come questa che vi chiedono di anticipare soldi: il loro guadagno sta già lì. La serietà di una ditta di recupero dati si ha invece quando non chiede nulla anticipatamente: in quel caso si tratta di ditte che guadagnano solo quando sono effettivamente in grado di recuperare i dati. Se non sanno o non possono recuperare, non guadagnano assolutamente nulla. Ho avuto infatti altre esperienze più che positive con altre ditte di recupero dati del nord-italia che non mi hanno chiesto di anticipare nulla. Mai più mi rivolgerò a loro né li consiglierò. In particolare l'ingegnere Fontanarosa ha dimostrato grande comprensione e cortesia spiegandomi per filo e per segno le procedure che avrebbe messo in atto per salvare gli importantissimi dati contenuti nel mio harddisk danneggiato. Dopo un po' di tempo e nonostante le gravi condizioni di alcuni settori sono riuscito ad avere praticamente quasi tutti i miei dati, e sono stato omaggiato di una parte del lavoro per la lunga attesa anche se questa non è dipesa dal lavoro dei tecnici. Così ho deciso di rivolgermi per la prima volta a RDI, tra l'altro ad inizio fase 2, quando ancora molte attività non avevano riaperto al pubblico secondo il decreto ministeriale. Il tecnico Fontanarossa ha potuto recuperare tutti i miei dati, spiegandomi telefonicamente le procedure che avrebbe fatto e dandomi consigli preziosi su marche di hd e su come creare un archivio personale. Tutto il gruppo si è rivelato gentile e cordiale, e soprattutto competente (non lo dico solo perché sono riusciti a recuperare i dati). Esperti del settore dietro casa.
