★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio clienti: la banca NON RISPONDE MAI AL TELEFONO, adducendo affollamento in agenzia, quando è noto che riceve soltanto su appuntamento: le questioni semplici, che potrebbero essere risolte in pochi minuti, telefonicamente, richiedono comunque un appuntamento:ASSURDO! Questa non è una banca al servizio del cliente!!!

Bad customer service: the bank NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, citing crowds in the agency, when it is known that it receives only by appointment: simple matters, which could be solved in a few minutes, by telephone, still require an appointment: ABSURD! This is not a customer service bank !!!

e' vergognoso ed inaccettabile che una banca non risponda mai al telefono
nell'estratto conto viene scritto che sono disponibili al telefono SEMPRE !!
primo giorno 12 chiamate - nessuna risposta
ho inviato una mail con preghiera di richiamarmi - nessuna risposta
secondo giorno 19 chiamate - nessuna risposta
terzo giorno mi sono presentata all'ufficio senza appuntamento pretendendo di essere ascoltata
mi e' stato detto che se hanno Clienti allo sportello non rispondono perche' sono oberati ( !!!! quando sono arrivata io avevano 2 Clienti agli sportelli )
SOLUZIONE. CAMBIERO' SICURAMENTE BANCA perche' se non esiste un'assistenza non esiste nemmeno la fiducia
metto 1 stella perche' non posso dare ZERO
