 In this period it offers a really poor service, certainly covid etc etc, everything you want but the service is not up to expectations. You call and they don't answer you, there is no cash service and an obsolete environment.

In questo periodo ricevono solo su appuntamento. Ma non rispondono al telefono. Stamattina ho telefonato 7 volte e non sono riuscita ad ottenere risposta.
Bad service
During this period they receive only by appointment. But they don't answer the phone. This morning I called 7 times and I couldn't get an answer.
