Unable to contact any person on the phone, even the national number does not answer and performing any operation requires days as employees are often unavailable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricevo per la seconda volta un bonifico estero di pochi spiccioli premettendo che già la prima volta avevo dato i documenti della persona che mi ha fatto il bonifico e i miei documenti che penso dovrebbero avere dato che sono cliente da 17 anni, il bonifico mi viene bloccato nuovamente e per sbloccarlo mi sono dovuto recare in banca, e mentre cercavo di risolvere il problema, il cassiere pensava a vendere i panettoni. Ora mi chiedo ma siamo in banca o al supermercato?
For the second time I receive a foreign bank transfer of a few pennies, assuming that the first time I had already given the documents of the person who made the transfer to me and my documents which I think they should have since I have been a customer for 17 years, the transfer is blocked again and to unlock it I had to go to the bank, and while I was trying to solve the problem, the cashier was thinking of selling the panettone. Now I wonder but are we in the bank or at the supermarket?
