L	Lucas Cuello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio clienti, cerco di contattarli telefonicamente per chiedere informazioni (non posso presentarmi personalmente a causa del lavoro) e ogni volta buttano giù la linea. Capisco la poca voglia di lavorare ma avere un trattamento così da una banca è veramente rattristante, sarebbe il caso di andare da qualche altra parte. Bad customer service, I try to contact them by phone to ask for information (I can't personally introduce myself because of the job) and every time they drop the line. I understand the lack of desire to work but having such a treatment from a bank is truly saddening, it would be appropriate to go somewhere else.

Sono all'estero e da una settimana sto cercando di contattarli, NON RISPONDE NESSUNO. Ho telefonato alla filiale di Corso Stati Uniti, dove mi hanno risposto subito e chiesto a loro aiuto. Mi hanno detto che mi richiamano appena riescono a comunicare. Sto aspettando....a quanto pare nemmeno a loro rispondono. Aggiungiamo che quando si va direttamente in via Trieste, si esce inevitabilmente innervositi per la loro maleducazione. Ti trattano con aria di superiorità. Ma chi diavolo vi credete di essere??? Sono una donna, lavoro con uno studio legale, sono una persona educata e so per certo che un sorriso con un cenno di saluto, siano il minimo di educazione nei confronti dei clienti, oltre che non meno importante; chi è al comando deve dare il buon esempio. Ambiente molto bello e luminoso. Consiglierei un buon "corso di cordialitá" per molti dei dipendenti che lavorano in questa filiale. Le cinque stelle piene come recensione, le metto al signore, che un tempo si trovava alla postazione informazioni all'ingresso, che ora è stato spostato all'interno, al Signor Cecchinato Michele ed al Signor Giovanni, che sono educati, sorridenti, professionali e velocissimi. It is a SHAME branch! Despite the bad reviews, they do nothing to improve themselves. I am abroad and for a week I have been trying to contact them, NO ONE ANSWERS. I phoned the Corso United States branch, where they responded immediately and asked for their help. They told me they call me back as soon as they can communicate. I'm waiting .... apparently not even they answer. We add that when you go directly to via Trieste, you inevitably get nervous because of their rudeness. They treat you with an air of superiority. But who the hell do you think you are ??? I am a woman, I work with a law firm, I am an educated person and I know for sure that a smile with a nod of greeting, are the minimum of education towards clients, as well as no less important; those in charge must set a good example. Very nice and bright environment. I would recommend a good "friendliness course" to many of the employees who work in this branch. The five full stars as a review, I put them to the gentleman, who was once at the information station at the entrance, which has now been moved inside, to Mr. Cecchinato Michele and Mr. Giovanni, who are polite, smiling, professional and fast.

Customer service slow and not very available, there are 50 of them and there is always only one open cash desk, every time there is a lot of hours to waste and they also complain ... ..
M	Mauro Nicoletto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa banca, questa filiale e i loro operatori, fanno i loro interessi non i vostri, e con mooolta calma, il vostro tempo per loro non è importante, e se non versate ma volete prelevare non siete ben accetti, nemmeno con un circolare emesso dalla loro stessa sede centrale di milano. In this bank, this branch and their operators, they do their interests not yours, and very calmly, your time is not important to them, and if you do not pay but want to withdraw you are not welcome, not even with a circular issued by the their own headquarters in Milan.

Chiedi un chiarimento al telefono e ti dicono di fissare un appuntamento in banca, subito dopo ti chiudono il telefono in faccia. Rispetto del cliente pari a zero. A parte uno/ due dipendenti, senza dubbio la peggior filiale Unicredit a cui mi sono rivolto. What can I say, try to contact the branch by telephone and 2 times out of 3 the call is diverted to the Unicredit call center. Ask for a clarification on the phone and they tell you to make an appointment at the bank, immediately afterwards they close the phone in your face. Respect for the customer equal to zero. Apart from one / two employees, undoubtedly the worst Unicredit branch to which I turned.
M	Mirco Mara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ essendo correntista Fineco (banca solo online) mi sono recato in questa filiale per un versamento di contanti, attività da me mai eseguita all'ingresso mi ha accolto un signore gentilissimo che ha chiamato un collega il quale mi ha spiegato passo passo come eseguire l'operazione con il comune bancomat bella sede e personale super gentile e professionale being a Fineco account holder (online-only bank) I went to this branch for a cash deposit, an activity I never performed at the entrance I was greeted by a very kind gentleman who called a colleague who explained to me step by step how to carry out the operation with the common ATM nice venue and super friendly and professional staff
