Un anno fa ho svolto un corso formativo riservato ai soggetti appartenenti alle categorie protette, a cui sarebbe seguito un periodo di tirocinio in azienda. Alla fine dei giochi il tirocinio l'ho fatto solo io e gli altri sono rimasti a bocca asciutta. E non è finita: mi avevano garantito che il tirocinio sarebbe iniziato il 1° di aprile, ma naturalmente non ho più ricevuto notizie. Dopo innumerevoli chiamate e email, ricevendo risposte oltremodo vaghe, ho deciso di recarmi di persona in sede e solo vedendomi arrivare con la certificazione ISEE in mano si sono decisi a darmi una data, ossia un mese in ritardo, il 29 aprile. Dulcis in fundo: in attesa di informazioni sulla data di inizio, ero stato preso in uno scambio interculturale fuori provincia, e ho raccomandato allo staff di Manpower di comunicare all'azienda presso cui avrei successivamente svolto il tirocinio che sarei stato assente per due settimane. Credete che gliel'abbiano detto? Ma ovviamente no! Gliel'hanno detto il mio primo giorno di lavoro, giustificandosi con un imbarazzante sorrisino "di essersi dimenticati" e facendomi fare una pessima figura! State lontani. Alcuni miei compagni di corso avevano già avuto a che fare con questa agenzia e ne sono rimasti disgustati. Level of disorganization and lack of jail communication! Some of my classmates had already dealt with this agency and were disgusted by it.
