D	Donatella Ballarini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È vergognoso chiamare la filiale di Castelferretti tutta la mattinata al telefono e nn risponde mai nessuno, poi uscire di fretta dal lavoro x arrivare alle 12.44 alla filiale e nn ti apre nessuno e successivamente si presenta un impiegato che nn ha neanche aperto ed abbiamo parlato dalla vetrata con la mascherina e quindi non riuscire a capire neanche quello che diceva e che non ti aprono e nn ti chiedono neanche di quello che hai bisogno xché nel frattempo sono arrivate le 12.45??? Essendo fuori zona e necessitando urgentemente di un'informazione mi dovrebbero spiegare come poter fare dato che non è possibile mettersi in contatto con loro! Andrò di persona in un'altra filiale e dirò che la mia è sempre irraggiungibile telefonicamente, sperando che possano aiutarmi. Nobody ever answers the phone. Sportello che ti lascia coi contanti in mano quando stai tentando di fare un versamento perché non accetta le banconote nonostante siano nel verso giusto, a contanti versati lo sportello si chiude a scatti e rischia di incepparsi, il tutto ripeto col denaro bene in vista, creando anche situazioni di rischio. Lo sportello interno da mesi da un messaggio di errore per cui non è possibile prelevare per motivi tecnici. Una vergogna.
