★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino a circa un anno fa li consideravo i migliori sulla piazza. Ora sono diventati pessimi. Ho avuto diverse negligenze da parte loro e quando ho chiesto un appuntamento oltre che darmelo due mesi dopo,non erano neanche pronti per chiudere un conto di una persona defunta un anno prima.oltretutto mi hanno addebitato le spese anche per i mesi a seguire.Purtroppo non possono tornare indietro. Qualche domanda se stanno perdendo così tanti clienti me la farei.
Until about a year ago I considered them the best on the square. Now they have gotten bad. I had several negligence on their part and when I asked for an appointment as well as give it to me two months later, they weren't even ready to close an account of a deceased person a year ago.Moreover, they also charged me for the following months. they cannot go back. Any questions if they are losing so many customers I would ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non c'è quasi mai da aspettare per accedere e dispone di due ATM per operazioni e prelievi, uno interno ed uno esterno. Anche le operazioni in cassa, a differenza di altri Istituti adiacenti, sono veloci.
There is almost never a wait to log in and it has two ATMs for transactions and withdrawals, one internal and one external. Even cash transactions, unlike other adjacent Institutes, are fast.

Sì è occupata di noi la signora Tamara!
Abbiamo preso un appuntamento spiegando e chiedendo se era possibile prendere un mutuo al 100%, ci avevano detto di sì, ma arrivati lì, la signora non aveva la minima idea!! Abbiamo chiesto della garanzia giovani che offre lo stato e non sapeva nemmeno di cosa stavamo parlando, ha provato a cercare su internet ma ovviamento non poteva leggere tutto in quel momento e quindi ha detto che doveva informarsi! E uscita dalla stanza per parlare al telefono di cose sue private lasciandoci li!!

Yes Mrs. Tamara took care of us!
We made an appointment explaining and asking if it was possible to take a 100% mortgage, we were told yes, but when we got there, the lady didn't have the slightest idea !! We asked about the youth guarantee that the state offers and he didn't even know what we were talking about, he tried to search the internet but obviously he couldn't read everything at that moment and so he said he had to inquire! She left the room to talk about her private things on the phone and left us there !!
