Non si riesce ad avere un rapporto operativo e chiaro. Pessimo servizio. I do not recommend this branch to everyone. They hardly ever answer the phone. They say or write to you things that they don't do. It is not possible to have an operational and clear relationship. Bad service.

Y	Yasmin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte heute Geld abheben (dkb visa Karte). Ging leider nicht, obwohl es eigentlich gehen sollte. Die filial Beraterin war sehr nett und hat versucht mir zu helfen. Ich konnte in einer anderen Filiale bzw bank Automaten dann Geld abheben. Es gibt dort Parkplätze, jedoch nicht viele. Corona Sicherheit ist gegeben. Fieber messen und man muss draußen klingeln, um reinzukommen. I wanted to withdraw money today (dkb visa card). Unfortunately it did not work, although it should actually work. The branch advisor was very nice and tried to help me. I was then able to withdraw money in another branch or bank machine. There are parking spaces there, but not many. Corona security is given. Measure a fever and you have to ring the bell outside to get in.

Die Beraterin sprach nur Italienisch, aber kein Wort Englisch oder Französisch, geschweige denn Deutsch. Sie hat sich dann von mir alle Unterlagen wie Personalausweis und Steuernummer kopiert und meinte ich soll mich in 2 Wochen nochmals via E-Mail melden. dann hat sie alles fertig. Leider habe ich über 4 Wochen mehrere E-Mails gesendet, auch an die Zentrale, aber ich habe nie eine Antwort bekommen. Telefonisch wollte man mir keine Auskunft geben. Scheinbar hat die Unicredit kein Interesse an Investoren. Gut, dass es noch andere Banken gibt. I had an extra appointment in the suburbs. I then showed up on the said day and wanted to open an account. The counselor only spoke Italian, but not a word of English or French, let alone German. She then copied all the documents from me, such as my ID card and tax number, and said I should get back to you via email in 2 weeks. then she's done. Unfortunately I sent several emails over 4 weeks, also to the head office, but I never got a reply. No one wanted to give me any information over the phone. Apparently, Unicredit has no interest in investors. Good that there are other banks.
