Incompetence, superficiality and I would even say rudeness in all the employees apparently engaged (in what?) On the phone (with whom?)
I go back to my branch or continue to operate online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segnalo che il personale è di una maleducazione mai vista. Ho assistito in diverse occasioni a comportamenti inadeguati nei confronti dei clienti. In particolare in data 01/04/21 alle ore 12:50 circa ho provato a chiedere un'informazione (sono correntista da quasi 6 anni) e, dato che non avevo un appuntamento, sono stato mandato letteralmente a quel paese da un gentile signore. Non credo sia corretto nei confronti non solo di un cliente, ma di un essere umano. Segnalerò ovviamente al servizio clienti l'accaduto e chiuderò il mio conto corrente presso questa banca.
I would like to point out that the staff are rudeness never seen. I have witnessed inadequate behavior towards customers on several occasions. In particular on 01/04/21 at about 12:50 I tried to ask for information (I have been a current account holder for almost 6 years) and, since I did not have an appointment, I was literally sent to that country by a kind gentleman . I don't think it's fair to not just a customer, but a human being. Of course, I will report the incident to customer service and close my current account with this bank.
