 NO ONE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE, NO ONE WHO ANSWERS EMAILS. CUSTOMER SERVICE EQUAL TO ZERO. CC COSTS WELL ABOVE AVERAGE.

I have a problem in compiling a particular F24 and from 9.00 am this morning I am trying to contact by phone without any result, it rings empty, by email at 11.00 but still no answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non aprite conti in questa filiale. Abbiamo il conto Unicredit aperto da anni e contratto Telepass aperto da anni. Abbiamo semplicemente chiesto un Telepass aggiuntivo e dopo 10 giorni ancora non è stato fornito.
Segnaliamo inoltre gravi ritardi sulla risposta di qualsiasi mail o comunicazione.
Customer care totalmente inesistente.
È molto chiaro come mai le loro recensioni sono 1 su 5. Il voto reale è zero, peccato il minimo sia uno e non si possa mettere zero.
Probabilmente sono rimasti al medioevo, non sanno siamo nel 2021.
Do not open accounts in this branch. We have had a Unicredit account open for years and a Telepass contract that has been open for years. We simply asked for an additional Telepass and after 10 days it still wasn't provided.
We also report serious delays in replying to any email or communication.
Totally non-existent customer care.
It is very clear why their reviews are 1 out of 5. The real rating is zero, too bad the minimum is one and you can't put zero.
They probably remained in the Middle Ages, they don't know we are in 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni di attività ci siamo ritrovati il conto con i bonifici a 5 euro l’uno. Inoltre ci è stato richiesto un meeting, abbiamo chiesto più volte il motivo e si sono rifiutati piú volte di spiegare i motivi dell’incontro.
After years of activity, we found ourselves with bank transfers at 5 euros each. In addition, we were asked for a meeting, we asked several times the reason and they refused several times to explain the reasons for the meeting.

Hanno spedito ad un indirizzo errato il bancomat, dopodiche' ci hanno fatto andare in un'altra filiale Unicredit a compilare dei documenti per spedire all'indirizzo esatto, facendoci perdere delle ore.
Dopo 40 giorni dalla spedizione errata, ancora non hanno consegnato il nuovo bancomat, quando qualsiasi altra societa' di carte di credito semplicementre avrebbe annullato e bloccato quello spedito e ne avrebbe spedito subito un'altro.
Livello di incapacita', inefficienza, e incompetenza di questa filiale massimo. Per fortuna non tutte le filiali Unicredit sono cosi'.
Non aprite e non lavorate con questa filiale, evitateli.
Unfortunately we have the account in this branch.
They sent the ATM to an incorrect address, after which they made us go to another Unicredit branch to fill out documents to send to the exact address, making us waste hours.
After 40 days of the wrong shipment, they still haven't delivered the new ATM, when any other credit card company would simply cancel and block the one shipped and send another one right away.
The level of inability, inefficiency, and incompetence of this branch is the highest. Fortunately, not all Unicredit branches are like this.
Do not open and do not work with this branch, avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno spedito il nuovo bancomat che è andato perso e non è stato mai consegnato. Dopo diverse richieste di blocco del bancomat perso, e invio di un’altro sostitutivo, a distanza di 50 giorni, non hanno ancora fornito il bancomat sostitutivo. Cosa che qualsiasi altra banca / società di carte di credito fa in pochi giorni. Incredibile.
Non aprire conti in questa filiale, personale totalmente incompetente e incapace di risolvere problemi semplici.
They shipped the new ATM which was lost and never delivered. After several requests to block the lost ATM, and the sending of another replacement, after 50 days, they have not yet provided the replacement ATM. Which any other bank / credit card company does in a few days. Incredible.
Do not open accounts in this branch, totally incompetent staff and unable to solve simple problems.
