 ATTENTION, THEY SEND YOUR NUMBER TO THE PROMOTIONAL CALL CENTERS. I have never had anything to do with this company, I have not given any consent to give my number to third parties, much less to enel energia. Do you know what privacy is? Give yourself a review because maybe it is not so clear to you.

I was filled with phone calls for tele-marketing offers, one of the operators told me that my data had been provided by C4B. I wrote to their privacy service and they deleted me from their lists.

Mi dite che posso cancellarmi quando voglio ma come ben sapete, chiudere la stalla quando i buoi sono già scappati, non serve a niente. Tranne me in famiglia siamo tutti avvocati, a Buon intenditore poche parole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potevo il giudizio era 0, nessuno vi ha autorizzato a divulgare i miei dati ad altri, specialmente ad eni, già rompono le palle da soli, per fortuna che non rispondo al telefono. Non sono io a dover chiedere di cancellarmi, siete voi che non dovete abusare della privacy. Primo e ultimo avvertimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa società che non so dove abbia preso i miei dati, visto che è in possesso anche del mio numero di cellulare, mi ha inviato un messaggio informandomi che ha fornito i miei dati a Eni gas & luce dalla cui ditta sarei stata presto contattata . Eni gas & luce non solo mi ha contattato, ma mi scassa tutti i giorni a tutte le ore. C4B per la cancellazione mi richiede ulteriori dati, che naturalmente non ho fornito.

Avevo qualche dubbio in merito all'utilizzo di questi dati nel rispetto della normativa GDPR, ma mi hanno fornito una valida consulenza, spiegandomi tutto con competenza e professionalità. Si sono rivelati ottimi professionisti e finora non ho avuto alcun problema con loro!
They have provided me with profiled lists for some companies that I am following and the services to manage them in an easy way. I had some doubts about the use of this data in compliance with the GDPR legislation, but they provided me with valid advice, explaining everything to me with competence and professionalism. They turned out to be very good professionals and I haven't had any problems with them so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendono liste di contatti per telemarketing pur senza aver ricevuto autorizzazione al trattamento e alla detenzione dei dati. Telefonate quotidiane da ENI e altre aziende per offerte ai limiti della truffa.
EDIT: Arrivato all'esasperazione dalle telefonate provenienti da loro database ho richiesto la cancellazione dei miei dati, che è stata correttamente eseguita. Le chiamate di telemarketing sono passate da 5-10 al giorno a due a settimana. Dichiarano che i dati sono stati forniti da un sito, che a sua volta non aveva autorizzazione al tratamento. Va apprezzata la professionalità e la rapidità nell'intervenire per risolvere il problema, resta il fatto che le molestie sono andate avanti per mesi prima di riuscire a sapere dagli utilizzatori dei database la sorgente dei dati e richiedere l'intervento.
