★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi magicamente è scomparso il mio appuntamento dai loro elenchi ( appuntamento confermato anche via email ). Sia un'impiegata che la direttrice mi hanno invitato a prendere un altro appuntamento perché loro non potevano togliere spazio agli altri che veramente avevano fissato l'appuntamento. Insomma io li volevo imbrogliare e loro infastidite mi volevano cacciare via. Io invece penso che delle persone professionali avrebbero chiesto scusa per il malinteso visto che non ho sbagliato io ma loro.
Today my appointment magically disappeared from their lists (appointment also confirmed via email). Both an employee and the director invited me to make another appointment because they could not take away space from the others who had actually set the appointment. In short, I wanted to cheat them and annoyed they wanted to chase me away. On the other hand, I think that professional people would have apologized for the misunderstanding since I was not wrong but them.
