Mi dispiace dirlo, ma ogni anno trovo impiegati nuovi, diversi, lenti, approssimativi anche nel consigliare nuove proposte commerciali. Sono sempre più propensa a passare ad altra società viste le ultime esperienze con Unicredit. I have been a Unicredit customer for about 25 years and for 10 years I have been a customer of the Lamezia Terme branch. I'm sorry to say it, but every year I find new, different, slow, approximate employees also in recommending new commercial proposals. I am increasingly inclined to switch to another company given the latest experiences with Unicredit.

Questa filiale di Lamezia Terme dovrebbe semplicemente cessare di esistere. Pure incompetence, zero desire to work properly and above all respect for customers completely non-existent. Ho richiesto la giacenza media e nel giro di un'ora l'efficientissima dott.ssa Perri mi ha stampato il documento e girato una copia scannerizzata direttamente sull'email, il tutto senza neanche recarmi in filiale. Top!!! I have been a customer for a couple of years and I have a great time. I requested the average stock and within an hour the very efficient Dr. Perri printed the document for me and turned a scanned copy directly to the email, all without even going to the branch. Top!!!
