La mia suocera prima di spedire il pacco ha chiesto se esso arrivava prima della Pasqua (era passata il 3 aprile). La risposta è stata affermativa, se lei lo portava il martedì, che ha fatto. Peccato che il pacco è arrivato 1 settimana dopo tutto ammuffito (era completamente fradicio sopra) e distrutto (anche il contenuto: 1 macchinetta da caffé Mokona e contenitore d plastica erano a pezzi). Abbiamo dovuto buttare quasi tutto. Non hanno restituito i soldi né della spedizione né dei danni che hanno fatto. Sconsiglio se non volete perdere dei soldi e del tempo. Mi viene proposto di andarlo a ritirare nelle sede gls a Varese che dista oltre 30km dalla casa dove doveva essere consegnato. Dopo una discussione animata e una lunga insistenza direttamente con Gls (visto che Speedy Transport se ne era lavata le mani) il pacco è stato consegnato a destinazione. I make a shipment on Monday 11/04, I contact them on Friday 15/04 as the package had not yet been delivered. I am asked to go and collect it at the gls headquarters in Varese, which is over 30km from the house where it was to be delivered. After a lively discussion and a long insistence directly with GLS (since Speedy Transport had washed its hands) the package was delivered to its destination.
