Stavo versando il mio assegno giorno 23 dicembre ed il sistema è andato il tilt non dandomi la carta, il giorno seguente sono andata in banca a riprenderla e pur avendola in mano non me l'hanno restituita!!!! Dicendo che sono cliente FINECO e l'avrebbero inviata a loro (per giunta tagliata)! Ostruzionismo puro!Nel periodo di Natale sono rimasta senza la possibilità di prelevare ne versare per un loro disservizio!!!!!
Però a chi vogliono loro l'hanno restituita.. la legge dev'essere uguale per tutti!!!
Warning! The ATM cares about cards !!
I was paying my check on December 23rd and the system went haywire not giving me the card, the next day I went to the bank to get it back and despite having it in my hand they didn't give it back !!!! Saying that I am a FINECO customer and they would have sent it to them (cut)! Pure obstruction! During the Christmas period I was left without the possibility of withdrawing or paying for their disservice !!!!!
But whoever they want they have returned it .. the law must be the same for everyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da quasi 40 anni sin da quando era banca di Roma (con il grande e indimenticabile dott.MILANESI) oggi Unicredit,mi sono trovato e mi trovo benissimo si sono avvicendati negli anni tantissimi impiegati devo dire la verità tutti gentili pazienti e professionali e anche se manca il servizio cassa ti aiutano a fare qualsiasi operazione al ATM Quindi il mio voto è 10 e lode.
I have been a customer for almost 40 years since I was a bank in Rome (with the great and unforgettable Dr. MILANESI) today Unicredit, I found myself and I am very happy there have been many employees over the years I must tell the truth all kind patients and professionals and even if there is no cash service they help you to do any operation at the ATM So my vote is 10 and praise.
