★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un servizio semplicemente vergognoso. invece di prenderci per i fondelli con la frase registrata "le linee sono tutte occupate si prega di richiamare" .... come se tutto il mondo non avesse altro da fare che chiamarli ... sarebbe sicuramente più onesto dire che il servizio non è attivo.
a simply disgraceful service. instead of taking the piss with the recorded phrase "the lines are all busy please call back" .... as if the whole world had nothing to do but call them ... it would certainly be more honest to say that the service is not active.
