They are literally ashamed! The most total inefficiency! They don't answer the phone or emails causing delays in payments and deposits.
A	Alexandru Duțan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stai facendo la fila anche se davanti a te sono 2 persone ma anche loro aspettano x che nn ce nessuno li che li chiede ( cosa li serve) ,ti siedi x farti fare una pratica e nel frattempo squilla il telefono e si mette a parlare che a un certo punto ti parte un?‍♂️ prurito x i nervi x che magari devi sbrigare anche altre cose ma purtroppo ti trovi li, ??‍♂️appena inizia di nuovo con la tua pratica ti dice x le firme elettroniche il pc si blocca?‍? e forse e meglio se passi domani,?‍♂️ o al massimo ti chiamano loro? ( che ho aspettato 1 settimana e niente) chiedi la carta di credito e niente chiedi un prestito e niente vieni solo bloccato e presso per il cullo ...ho preso un un'appuntamento online x un prestito, l'indomani vengo chiamato e rimproverato☝? che come faccio a chiedere un prestito quando sul conto ho meno 1€ ??‍♂️..... mi dispiace che nn posso dare meno 00 . La dentro solo uno si salva gli altri pare che sono loro stessi patroni della banka .? Chiuderò il conto la settimana prossima, nn consiglio unicredit. I'm sorry that I can not give minus 00. The inside only one saves the others it seems that they are themselves patrons of the banka I will close the account next week, I don't recommend unicredit.

Al telefono non rispondono mai,il personale è incompetente e per una pratica ho dovuto fare 4 volte avanti e indietro, ti dicono le farò sapere e non ti chiamano quindi per vedere se concludono devi per forza andare per appuntamento. Stiano a casa questi fannulloni! Bad service!
