★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendi appuntamento una settimana prima, prendi giorno di permesso, ti presenti in orario per l'appuntamento e il simpatico impiegato ti dice che non ricevono al pomeriggio e il tuo appuntamento non c'è nonostante io debba fare una cosa da nemmeno 5 minuti imbarazzanti.
 Make an appointment a week before, take a day off, you show up on time for the appointment and the nice employee tells you that they don't receive in the afternoon and your appointment is not there even though I have to do something for less than 5 embarrassing minutes.
