Quasi tutto il personale è sempre molto scortese e sembra quasi infastidito se si prova a chiedere qualcosa che vada oltre il semplice pagamento di un bollettino. Mi servo in questo ufficio postale oltre 10 anni ma la situazione negli ultimi anni è decisamente peggiorata. Le persone che vi lavorano dovrebbero fornire un servizio chiaro, preciso e soprattutto rivolgersi con più educazione ai clienti, ma purtroppo questo si verifica molto raramente. Se io fossi il responsabile di quest'ufficio almeno la metà del personale sarebbe già stato mandato via da parecchio tempo. In my opinion the worst post office in Genoa. Most of the staff are always very rude and seem almost annoyed if you try to ask for anything beyond just paying a bill. I have been serving in this post office for over 10 years but the situation has definitely worsened in recent years. The people who work there should provide a clear, precise service and above all address customers with more education, but unfortunately this happens very rarely. If I were in charge of this office, at least half of the staff would have been turned away for quite some time.

Per colpa di una signora antipatica con cui ho appena parlato do una stella. Ho provato ad esporre un problema, dopo essere stata in sede la scorsa settimana senza essere stata ancora ricontatta, ma ho avuto la sfortuna di parlare con qualcuno che non sa cosa sia la cortesia. So bene che coi tempi attuali non sempre le persone sono soddisfatte...le code da fare, per esempio (cosa che accade ovunque), tuttavia quell'ufficio è aperto sino alle 19 se ricordo bene e questo non è poco. Io posso solo parlarne bene. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I know well that in today's times people are not always satisfied ... the queues to do, for example (which happens everywhere), however that office is open until 7pm if I remember correctly and this is no small feat. I can only speak well of it.

Il tentativo è sempre di trovare qualcosa che non va piuttosto che piedi in modo collaborativo con il cliente. Mi è già capitato che tra il personale vengano dare indicazioni differenti. Visto che provengo da un paese che fa parte della comunità europea, non devo nemmeno avere un permesso di soggiorno. Bad service! S	Samira Tilmati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La posta meno efficiente di tutta la zona, personale lento e non disponibile, mi sono recata diverse volte per il semplice motivo che quella di via orsini è chiusa e non riuscivo a meno di andare in questa qua di San Martino, mi sono sempre trovata male, che per le attesa infinita per la lentezza del personale, che per il fatto che non sanno rispondere a delle domande che sono del loro compito, che trovi le risposte sul web più efficienti, tralasciando che lavora uno / 2 sportelli quando la coda è infinita e loro sono li a guardarti al posto di smaltire e farsi che se crei meno coda, che dire! S	Sv Rz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont know anything! I needed to send important docs to Estonia. Asked women that i need some fastest delivery. She said-during one week will delivery. It was 29.08. Today is 07.09 and docs are still in Milan from 01.09!!! 6 days in one place! Is it fastest??? And today another worker said that minimum 2 weeks delivery! If i would see that women i wouldsay her a lot of things! Very sad!
